Your Guest Count is Hurting Your Budget

Setting your wedding guest list early in the planning process is crucial for preparing your special day efficiently and properly. Almost every aspect of your wedding is dependent on this enigmatic number.

Individual pieces are rented out in the same way. Assume you have a 150-person guest list. If only 100 guests RSVP, your per-person pricing will change, as will the quantity of tables, chairs, and centerpieces needed. It will even influence how much wedding cake you will need. If your venue is BYOB, the amount of alcohol you'll need to bring as well as the number of bartenders you'll require will be established. Almost everything is determined by the amount of visitors.

The guest count is most likely the most important number you'll need while planning your wedding, from the ceremony and reception locations to the number of invitations you'll require. This is due to the fact that it stipulates where everything in your budget must go!
